No returns on FINAL SALE items.

For all other items, you have 10 calendar days from the day you receive your product via post, with tracking advice provided to the seller. Proof of issued return will need to be advised to the seller prior to returning the item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
On returning your item you are responsible for paying your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
The item must be returned in the equivalent packaging in which it was sent to you.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

The following information refers to all sale items:

If your item is damaged when you received it as a result of shipping, please take a clear photo/s including time and date as proof of damage and attach the photo/s with your refund request. Under these circumstances you will receive a full refund. However, if there is no qualifiable evidence of damage to the product during shipping, the shipping fee will be deducted from your refund if you are deemed eligible.
Refunds:

Once the seller receives the returned item, you will be immediately notified following inspection of the item for damages.
If your return is approved, the seller will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will be notified of your credited return and will receive it according to your card issuers policies.
